Tendervino is a service provided by Alessandro Satin, Via di Tiglio 1550, 55100 Lucca, Italy, VAT IT02580510465, info@tendervino.it, who runs it together with Cristina Morando. Invoices may be issued by Alessandro Satin or by Cristina Morando.
Tendervino reports State Monopoly tenders, helps Producers prepare their submissions and assigns them to an importer. Tendervino is not a party to the sale: the supply contract is between the Producer and the importer, and the tender is run by the Monopoly. Tendervino does not guarantee that a submission will be accepted or will win.
The portal is for wine businesses and professionals only, not consumers. Accounts are approved by Tendervino, which may refuse, suspend or close them, for example if the data is false or the activity does not fit the service. Users may close their account at any time by writing to info@tendervino.it.
Users keep their login details safe and are responsible for what is done with their account. If they suspect unauthorised use, they notify info@tendervino.it immediately.
Using the portal is free. Any paid services are agreed in writing case by case.
Users guarantee that the data and documents they upload are true and up to date and that they have the right to use them. They authorise Tendervino to use them and pass them on to the importer and the Monopoly only to handle their submissions. Uploading unlawful content, or third-party content without permission, is not allowed. Anyone can report unlawful content to info@tendervino.it; if we remove content, we tell the user and give our reasons.
Producers and importers who meet through Tendervino will not do business directly with each other on tenders proposed through Tendervino for 24 months from their first contact. Otherwise, Tendervino may claim compensation for the lost business.
A wine submitted to a tender through Tendervino may not be submitted to the same tender through another importer or intermediary.
Tendervino uses artificial intelligence tools (Claude, by Anthropic) to prepare pages, texts and analyses. All content is checked by a person, and decisions on submissions and importers are always made by us.
Tendervino works with care but is not liable for decisions of the Monopolies or importers, for tender outcomes, for errors in data provided by users, or for temporary interruptions of the portal. Except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, Tendervino’s liability is limited to the amounts the user has paid to Tendervino in the last 12 months.
Tendervino may change the portal and these terms. Significant changes are notified by email to registered users; anyone who does not accept them may close their account.
The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy.
