Chi vede i dati

28 GDPR).

I tuoi diritti

Per farlo scrivi a info@tendervino.it.

Mandatory fields in our forms are needed to provide the service: without them, we cannot provide it.

When we add a company’s profile ourselves, the data comes from trade fairs and industry events, direct contact with us, previous submissions, company websites, public industry directories or referrals from colleagues. We tell you so the first time we contact you, and in any case within one month.

Who sees the data

Portal data is not public. Only the controller and Alessandro Satin, who works with her on the project, can see it.

The data in a wine submission goes to the importer who handles it and to the State Monopoly of the tender’s country. This also applies to Norway (European Economic Area) and to Canada, which the European Commission recognises as providing adequate protection.

The website is hosted by Aruba S.p.A. in Italy, which also sends the portal emails.

To prepare the tender pages, run our automations and work on registered users’ data, we use Claude, Anthropic’s artificial intelligence assistant, on a business plan. Anthropic processes the data only on our behalf and does not use it to train its models. It may process the data in the United States: the transfer is covered by the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, a copy of which you can request from us. Decisions, such as which wine to submit and to which importer, are always made by us, not by an automated system.

Aruba and Anthropic act as data processors (Art. 28 GDPR).

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its use or receive it in electronic format. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interest and withdraw your consent to the newsletter and to information from partners.

To do so, write to info@tendervino.it. We reply within one month.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
